Ai Childress lives and works in a small Texas town between San Antonio and Austin. He attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art. Ai also earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking and Drawing from Brigham Young University.
